Most people have a hobby but someones don't have a hobby. why they didn't have a hobby. BECAUSE They don't know what they like or dislike. I am the person who above described. I would like to share my experience. 😇

 

  I don't know whether this would be helpful to you.

 

Firstly,

 

1.You should be relaxed.

 

2.Then you should see your mind where are going.

 

3.Then you can see the mind try to go everywhere.

 

  you should still see your mind. 

 

4.Try to do this activity for at least 7min.

 wait.. wait... 

Then you ready to find out your Hobby.👼👼 

(you ready to fly like an angel)

Sometimes you are a busy person or a very lazy person. you don't have a balanced life. 

 

• But you now satisfy with your life. It is GOOD. That meaning you have been found out about your hobby without knowing.(1 st type)
  

  

• You don't satisfy your life. You have to find out your hobby. Because you hurt your life.(2nd type)

  

   There I talk to the second type of people

 Then we look what other people doing for a Hobby. 

• Video Gaming
  
• Gardening
• Swimming
• Reading
• Listening music
• Collecting stamps or Old items
• Playing Sports
• Playing Music Equipment
• Raising pets 
• Making Handcraft

     .....  People have more than these hobbies. Those hobbies are very useful your life and they build up your life. Definitely Calm Your mind. All of human have like things and dislike things. So at least one things can be your hobby. We will see what will be your hobby (❁´◡`❁).

       but if you have possibility to think that all aren't unique. you are not a normal people. (✪ ω ✪) you mind find to do rarely work. that would be dangerous because that the reason begin your lazy. First of all you have to choose path if you liked. Then try to do your rarely hobby.
